We most often rent out the space for:

  1. Sound-stage use
    1. We have 7000sqft of open space with 16ft ceilings and 80amps of power at your disposal.
  2. Parties
    1. Either B-day events, or business parties. We can provide DJ’s, PA, live music, catered vegan or non-vegan food, dancers (!!!), projectors etc!!!
  3. Benefits
    1. Haha fooled you! We don’t charge for benefits! Duh!
  4. Lectures, Forums, Classes
    1. Most likely we won’t charge for these either.
  5. We are open to pretty much anything, as long as it is reasonably responsible.
